How we handle AI

If a job needs AI, we keep it simple and controlled.

AI is only useful when it's reliable. That means tight rules around data, actions, and approvals. If AI isn't the right tool, we don't force it in.

Runs where it should

If the data is sensitive, the system stays on hardware you control or in a private environment.

Uses approved source material

If AI is answering or drafting, it works from your documents and your rules.

Can only do allowed actions

The system gets a short list of what it's allowed to do. Everything else is blocked.

Keeps a person in the loop

Anything important stays reviewable by a person before it changes live records or sends customer-facing output.

Sometimes the right answer is no AI at all.

If a database, workflow, or simple program solves the problem better, that's what we recommend. The tool follows the need.
