What we collect, and why.
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply to you, and we use analytics to understand which pages bring people here. We don't sell anything to anyone. The detail is below.

What you send us
When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, the kind of business you run, what you told us needs fixing, the tools you selected, and any notes you added. We store it so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. If you email us directly instead, we keep that email the same way any business keeps its mail.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. That involves cookies and includes things like your approximate location, browser, and the pages you viewed. We use it in aggregate. We are not trying to identify you individually, and we don't.
Advertising and conversion measurement
We run ads through Google Ads, and we measure which ads lead to someone contacting us. If you arrive from an ad and submit the contact form, that submission is reported to Google as a conversion.
This uses a Google feature called enhanced conversions. Your email address is converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash in your own browser before anything is sent, so Google receives the hash rather than the address itself. Google uses it to match the conversion to an ad click. If you would rather not participate, don't submit the form — email us directly at hello@flowercitysolutions.com instead, which involves no ad tracking at all.
The chat widget
If you use the chat assistant on this site, what you type is sent to our server and to the AI model that generates the reply, and we keep the conversation so we can follow up and improve it. Please don't put confidential details, account numbers, or anything sensitive into it. The widget also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, which involves a check run by Cloudflare in your browser.
Client portal
If you're an existing client with portal access, we store the account and project information needed to run that portal, and we use your email address to sign you in. That's ordinary business record-keeping and isn't used for advertising.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. It reaches the service providers that make the site work — hosting, email, analytics, and advertising measurement as described above — and nowhere else, unless we're legally required to produce it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as there's a reasonable chance the conversation is still live, and client records for as long as we work together plus whatever period our tax and legal obligations require. If you ask us to delete something and we're not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@flowercitysolutions.com and we'll handle it. Browser settings and ad blockers will stop the analytics and advertising tags described above from loading, and the site works fine without them.
Changes
If we change how any of this works we'll update this page and the date at the top. If anything here is unclear, ask us. A real person reads that inbox.
