How I work
No rate card and no packages. You tell me what isn't working, we figure out the fix, and you get one written price before anything starts. Small jobs get small quotes.

We work out the fix together
Usually a short call or a visit. It might be a spreadsheet fix, an estimate system or a website. There is no charge for this part.

You get one written quote
A fixed price and a clear description of what "done" means, before any work starts.

You own what I build
You get the code, the setup and instructions your team can follow. No lock-in and no monthly fee to keep using your own tools.
- No retainer, unless we both decide one makes sense later.
- No surprise bill because the job took longer than I expected.
- You don't have to keep paying me to keep it running.
If AI is involved
Plenty of jobs don't need it, and then I won't use it. When it does help, it gets these rules.
- Your data stays where it should
- If the information is sensitive, the system runs on hardware you control or in a private setup.
- It works from your material
- If AI is answering questions or drafting text, it uses your documents and your rules.
- It can only do what it is allowed to
- It gets a short list of permitted actions. Everything else is blocked.
- A person signs off
- Anything that changes real records or goes out to customers gets reviewed by someone first.
